Turkey Tacos with cranberry salsa
Ingredients
- 6 hard taco shells
- 2 cups turkey meat leftovers, shredded with a fork
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp. white onion, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a medium sized saute pan.
- Fry up the turkey meat (the more dark meat the better).
- Dash the turkey meat with the chili powder and salt.
- Mix the cranberry with cilantro and onion.
- Warm the taco shells according to packaging instructions.
- Spread the taco shells with a thin layer of the cranberry salsa.
- Fill it up with the crispy, carnitas like turkey meat and enjoy!
- Garnish with a little extra chopped cilantro if you wish.
