These buffalo chicken bites are always a big hit at our parties! They literally disappear in minutes!

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders (white meat only)
  • ½ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce (or your favorite wing sauce)
  • 2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • Deep fryer with oil or a greased baking sheet and veggie oil spray
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into desired bite size pieces.
  2. Set up your breading station.
  3. You'll need a bowl for the eggs, a bowl for the bread crumbs, and a bowl for the chicken.
  4. Dip the chicken into the egg wash, followed by the bread crumbs, and set aside.
  5. Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
  6. Preheat the oil in the deep fryer or see notes section for baked chicken bites instructions.
  7. Deep fry the chicken bites until crispy and dark golden in color.
  8. Remove the bites from the deep fryer and then toss in buffalo sauce.
  9. Serve promptly. 🙂
Notes
