Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites

These buffalo chicken bites are always a big hit at our parties! They literally disappear in minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders (white meat only)
- ½ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce (or your favorite wing sauce)
- 2 cups plain bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 3 eggs, whisked
- Deep fryer with oil or a greased baking sheet and veggie oil spray
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into desired bite size pieces.
- Set up your breading station.
- You'll need a bowl for the eggs, a bowl for the bread crumbs, and a bowl for the chicken.
- Dip the chicken into the egg wash, followed by the bread crumbs, and set aside.
- Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
- Preheat the oil in the deep fryer or see notes section for baked chicken bites instructions.
- Deep fry the chicken bites until crispy and dark golden in color.
- Remove the bites from the deep fryer and then toss in buffalo sauce.
- Serve promptly. 🙂
Notes
Baking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet and arrange the chicken bites in rows. Spray chicken bites with veggie oil. Bake for fifteen minutes and then flip. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. Toss in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately.
