Simple antipasto recipe!
  • 12 pieces of cooked tortellini or ravioli
  • 12 roasted red pepper pieces
  • 12 kalamata olives
  • 12 short wooden skewers
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • a dash of salt and pepper

  1. Combine the raviolis with the olive oil, salt and pepper and stir.
  2. Skewer one olive, red pepper, and one ravioli.
  3. Serve while the raviolis are still warm, room temperature or even chilled.
