My aunt Helen brought a salad like this to a family party and I’ve been trying to duplicate it for years! So good!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of dry ramen noodles (no spice packet necessary)
- 1 head of green cabbage
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¾ cup chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Asian salad dressing of your choice (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage very thin!
- Chop the green onion and break the ramen inside of its wrapper.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for about a half an hour.
- Serve!
