Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. steak (I used a sirloin), sliced into strips
  • 1-2 bell pepper, sliced (try it with one red and one green)
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 6 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup beef broth, or chicken broth (use what you have)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • cracked pepper to taste (be generous with the pepper)

Instructions
  1. Toss the sliced steak with the flour, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Spray a wok with cooking spray or coat with veggie oil.
  3. Heat to medium high.
  4. Brown the steak in the hot wok.
  5. Add the broth.
  6. Toss in the veggies.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles!
