Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak (I used a sirloin), sliced into strips
- 1-2 bell pepper, sliced (try it with one red and one green)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 6 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- ¼ cup beef broth, or chicken broth (use what you have)
- pinch of sea salt
- cracked pepper to taste (be generous with the pepper)
Instructions
- Toss the sliced steak with the flour, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
- Spray a wok with cooking spray or coat with veggie oil.
- Heat to medium high.
- Brown the steak in the hot wok.
- Add the broth.
- Toss in the veggies.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles!
