Roasted Garlic Spread

Serves: 1 cup

  • 1 head/bulb of garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
  2. Cut the top layer off of the head of garlic. You should be able to see a little of each clove of garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the top with salt.
  4. Bake uncovered in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  6. Toss in the food processor and blend with mayonnaise.
  7. Store in the fridge.

Keeps for one week in the fridge stored in an air tight container.
