  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen edamame
  • 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ⅛ tsp. fresh ginger, shredded
  • 1 small clove garlic, shredded
  • ¼ tsp. chili flakes
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • dash sea salt

  1. Combine the soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and stir.
  2. Prepare the edamame according to packaging instructions.
  3. Strain.
  4. Toss the edamame in the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Serve warm!
