  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1 cup arugula or greens of your choice
  • 8-10 baby carrots, cut into thin slivers
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt and pepper

  1. Combine all of the veggie ingredients and toss!
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sunflower seeds.
