One of our favorite healthy snacks! Made with all natural ingredients.

Serves: 4

  • 1 small bunch of kale, pre-washed and patted dry
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • dash of sea salt

  1. Remove the stems from the kale and discard.
  2. Tear the kale into bite sized pieces.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  4. Drizzle the kale with the olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with a few dashes of salt.
  6. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  7. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from oven and squeeze the lemon over the chips!
  9. Enjoy!
