Pizza Pop Corn (Seen on Dr. Oz)

Ingredients
  • 1 bag plain popped popcorn, no salt, no butter flavorings
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp.paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Pop the popcorn.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the ingredients to a bag, add the popcorn, shake and eat!

    What about when you use air-popped popcorn? How much do you recommend popping?
