Tzatziki, cucumber chunks, and a wheat tortilla! That’s all ya need for this filling snack!

Cucumber Wraps

  • 6 oz. greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ English cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, shredded
  • 2 wheat tortillas

  1. Prepare the yogurt sauce.
  2. Mix yogurt, garlic, salt, dill, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix in the cucumber.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for 15 minutes or over night.
  5. Stir yogurt sauce.
  6. Heat the tortillas in a microwave for about 30 seconds.
  7. Fill them up with cucumber sauce.
  8. Roll tightly like a burrito and enjoy!
