Simple Parsley Butter Sauce

  • 3-4 tbsp. butter or butter alternative (I use the not butter brand)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. flour to thicken things up if you wish
  1. In a small sauce pan, melt butter on low.
  2. Add the flour for a thicker sauce option.
  3. Whisk until thickened.
  4. Add the parsley.
  5. Toss with 3-4 cups cooked pasta of your choice!
