  • ½ white onion (or ½ cup)
  • 2 tbsp. pressed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  1. Prepare quinoa according to packaging instructions.
  2. Sautee the onion and garlic with olive oil, salt and butter.
  3. Mix in with the quinoa, toss with cilantro and serve.
