Beef Satay

These beef satay sticks are great as an appetizer or main dish!
  • 1 lb. strip of beef (your choice)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbsp. veggie oil
  • up to 2 dozen skewer sticks, soaked in water for approx. 20 mins.
  1. Slice the beef as thin as you can get it.
  2. Marinate the meat in a bowl filled with stirred remaining ingredients.
  3. You'll want to thread the meat onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill.
  5. The meat will cook through quickly because its so thin, so don't walk away.
  6. Flip after a minute or two.
  7. Remove and serve with our peanut dipping sauce or a tangy sweet and sour sauce.
