Ingredients
  • 2 cups canned or cooked black eyed peas
  • 2 cups jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. margarine or butter
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 cloves, shredded garlic
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 4-5 cups cooked macaroni
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Grab a large casserole dish and fill it with the macaroni, butter, beans, milk, mustard, pepper, salt, and shredded garlic and stir.
  3. Fold in the cheese and pop in the oven for about 35 minutes.
