Chicken on a stick!
Ingredients
  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 soaked long wooden skewers or metal skewers
  • 2 tsp. Lawrys seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into strips
  2. Place the chicken in a bag and add the Worcestershire sauce, shake until the sauce has coated the chicken lightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  4. Now, sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the dry ingredients.
  5. Skewer the chicken.
  6. Preheat the grill or grill pan.
  7. Since the chicken is cut into smaller portions, they'll only need to cook for a few minutes on each side.
Notes
Serves 6-10 people as an appetizer! This fabulous recipe is low in fat, calories, and is carb-free!
