Here's a light and refreshing salad that works well as a side dish or a quick and easy lunch option!
Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bacon, microwaved
  • 1½ cups chopped English cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • ½ tsp. dill
  • ¼ tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. Chop up the bacon into tiny bits.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and top with the chopped bacon.
