  • 1 bottle buffalo sauce (we used Franks Red Hot 12 oz.)
  • 3-4 cooked and shredded skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded jack cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  1. Rub down a casserole pan with grease or cooking spray.
  2. In a sauce pan, melt the cream cheese over low and mix in the salad dressing.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Arrange a layer of chicken, drizzle the ¾ of the hot sauce over the chicken, then the cream cheese mixture over that.
  5. The next layer is the shredded cheese, topped with the remaining hot sauce!
  6. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or you could even make a few buffalo chicken tortilla roll ups with a bit of lettuce and tomato!
