Tortilla Chips with a Splash of lime and Soy!

- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp. Tamari sauce
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- vegetable oil for frying (we use a deep fryer)
- Cut the tortillas into triangles.
- Preheat the oil. Pre-measure the lime juice and the tamari.
- Fry the triangles until golden and crispy.
- Strain over fryer.
- Transfer chips to an over-sized bowl, toss with tamari, salt and lime juice.
