Hummus at Home
Recipe type: Vegetarian, Appetizer, Snack
Serves: 4
- 1 can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Strain the garbanzo beans, rinse with water and add to the food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Chop and grind until the hummus is smooth.
- Serve right away or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
