Hummus at Home
Recipe type: Vegetarian, Appetizer, Snack
Serves: 4
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  1. Strain the garbanzo beans, rinse with water and add to the food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Chop and grind until the hummus is smooth.
  4. Serve right away or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
