Go to Asian Salad with great taste and texture! Serves 4-6 !
- 1 bag (crushed) unseasoned ramen noodles
- 1 bag shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup toasted almond slivers
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 diced fresh red pepper
- favorite Asian salad dressing (Try Annie’s Shitake & Sesame Vinaigrette)
- 1/4 cup water
- In serving bowl, combine crushed ramen, cabbage, red pepper, and onion.
- Mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds, salad dressing, water and almonds.
- Pour over cabbage mixture and toss!
* Add grilled, but chilled chicken if you wish!
