- 2-3 cups freshly shelled peas
- 3tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced in 4 wedges
- 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- sea salt to taste
- Arrange four plates in a row.
- Portion out approx. 1/2 cup of peas per plate.
- Top with olive oil.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze lightly
- Sea Salt to taste.
- Garnish with lemon wedge.
