So light and so fresh! Serves 8!
- 1 package spiral pasta (or whatever non-noodle pasta that you have)
- 3/4 cup feta crumbles
- 1/2 cup greek dressing (see sauces for recipe or use store bought)
- 3/4 cup kalamata olives
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Cook pasta and drain. Allow pasta to come to room temperature.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large serving bowl.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
