This Guac recipe is half the fat and 100% tasty! Serves four or more!
- 3-4 ripe avocados
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped red onion (and or 1 cup salsa)
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 guacamole seasoning packet (mild, medium or spicy)
- Prepare avocados by removing skin/seed
- Blend avocados and frozen peas with immersion blender until creamy.
- Combine all remaining ingredients with avocado mixture and stir with spoon.
- Allow flavors to meld in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with leftover cilantro or sliced limes!
