Red, white and green pasta! Fresh and flavorful. This recipe is super simple! Serves 4!
- 1 package of penne pasta
- 1 8-10 oz package of fresh mozzarella
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic
- 4 diced tomatoes (discard seeds)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta until al dente (firm, but not hard)
- Combine all other ingredients in serving dish and serve!
