Try this yummy and quite crunchy tuna recipe with your next sandwich, lettuce wrap, pita pocket or as a dip with chips! Makes 4 sandwiches, or dip for 6.
- 4 small cans of solid white tuna in water
- 2 celery stalks finely chopped
- 3 green onions finely chopped
- 1tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup italian dressing
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- Drain tuna of as much water as possible.
- Add all ingredients and stir well, breaking apart tuna.
- Store covered in fridge for an hour before serving.
