Garlic and lemon drizzle recipe to jazz up a simple chicken or seafood or veggie dish.
- juice from 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 4 tbsp. of butter or margarine
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- Melt butter in microwave safe dish for 20 seconds or until melted.
- Add lemon juice ans garlic and heat for additional 20 seconds.
- stir in zest and drizzle away!
*Works great over artichokes, steamed veggies, shrimp scampi, lobster, chicken breast!
