Macaroni salad is such a great dish to share with your family during the spring and summer months! Use what you have in your fridge to make a unique batch of your own! Serves 4.
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni (or any tube/shell pasta)
- 1-2 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 dill pickle or large spear, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare pasta according to instructions.
- Drain and bring pasta to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients to serving dish and stir well.
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
