Simple Pasta with Sweet Pepper Sauce

Idea for tonight’s pasta dish! Serves 6-8 People.

  • 2 chopped red peppers
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1.5 lbs. pasta of your choice! Try something new!
  1. Heat the peppers with olive oil and about 1/4 cup water over very low heat for about an hour or until the veggies have become more of a pulp mixture and water has been absorbed.
  2. Add the cream and stir while cooking an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Follow the cooking instructions for the pasta.
  4. Remember for an authentic italian pasta dish, under cook the pasta (al dente).
  5. Drain and mix pasta with sauce.
  6. Serve promptly.
