Veal recipe made easy! Serves 4.
- 8 veal scallops
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups bread crumbs of your choice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmasan to taste
- Combine the egg and the bread crumbs in a bowl.
- Pass the veal scallops through the crumb mixture.
- Fry them lightly in olive oil over medium heat. Each side for 2 minutes.
- Once both sides have been cooked appropriately, add tomato sauce to bottom of pan and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- Top with parm.
