This was one of those happy accidents! We were in the mood for something with a little kick to it and needed to get rid of a fresh pork tenderloin, so this was the outcome! Serves 4 adults.
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. chili oil
- 1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Rub Salt and pepper over the pork.
- Brush entire surface with oil, place on foil lined baking sheet or glass baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
