Highly sought after bacon wrapped fig recipe! I first tried these in a restaurant/Burlesque house in Manhattan. Delicious appetizer for your next party! Easy as it gets!
- 12 slices of bacon
- 24 figs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Cut each slice of bacon in half.
- Wrap each fig with bacon.
- Saute over medium heat until bacon is crispy.
- Place on layer of paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve minutes after cooking or flash bake before serving.
