Sweet cream cheese dessert topping, perfect for cookies, bars, muffins, parfaits…

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4  cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. water (triple the water for a drizzle)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese with sugar, water and lemon juice in a mixer until thoroughly blended.
