- 1 bottle of dry champagne, chilled
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. sugar or two sweet n low packets
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves.
- Strain mixture into a pitcher.
- Pour the champagne or sparkling wine through.
- Serve cold, promptly.
