Great recipe that our friend from GA introduced to us while on a recent camping trip!
- 2 pounds raw peanuts, in shells
- 1/2 cup salt
- water to cover
- a big ol’ pot
- Wash the peanuts and toss them into the pot
- Add the salt and water.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Let the water boil for 3 hours.
- Sample the peanuts. They should be soft, but not mushy.
- Drain and serve!
