It’s almost impossible to go to a restaurant in New England and NOT see this on a menu. Makes two small lobster rolls.
- 1 cup warm, shredded lobster meat
- 2 tbsp. melted butter (1 for each roll)
- 2 fresh soft and crusty rolls of your choice (warmed)
- Cut a slit in the warmed rolls.
- Insert lobster meat.
- Drizzle butter on top.
