Feel like switching things up a bit! Try this tasty tuna twist! Pesto, meet Tuna, Tuna, meet Pesto. Makes 4 sandwiches.
- 3 cans of chicken or 2 leftover chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 rolls or wraps
- Set bread aside and combine all other ingredients.
- Mix well, so the chicken really breaks down.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Toast the rolls, slice in half and load with tuna mixture!
