Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Feel like switching things up a bit! Try this tasty tuna twist! Pesto, meet Tuna, Tuna, meet Pesto. Makes 4 sandwiches.


  • 3 cans of chicken or 2 leftover chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 4 rolls or wraps


  1. Set bread aside and combine all other ingredients.
  2. Mix well, so the chicken really breaks down.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Toast the rolls, slice in half and load with tuna mixture!
  5. Enjoy.
