Here’s a great idea for your next outing, kids lunch bags, or picnic! Makes 6 small sandwiches.
- 18-24 slices of salami
- 6 fresh french rolls (small)
- 6 slices of your favorite cheese
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- Toast up the rolls
- Slice in half.
- Layer with equal portions of salami.
- Top with spinach and cheese.
- Wrap individually in foil.
- Toss in your lunch bag or picnic basket!
