Ingredients
- 2 cups canned or cooked black eyed peas
- 2 cups jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. margarine or butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 cloves, shredded garlic
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 4-5 cups cooked macaroni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Grab a large casserole dish and fill it with the macaroni, butter, beans, milk, mustard, pepper, salt, and shredded garlic and stir.
- Fold in the cheese and pop in the oven for about 35 minutes.
