Lebanese style chicken kebab.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 3 tbs. yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves - crushed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. cayenne
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Skewers, soaked in water
- 1 onion chopped into chunks for the skewers
- 1 pepper of your choice, chopped for skewer
Instructions
- Mix together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and set aside.
- Combine the salt, cayenne, cumin, turmeric, and a dash of pepper in a bowl and stir.
- Dust the chicken thigh pieces with the spice mixture.
- Skewer the chicken and veggies.
- Grill on a preheated grill top for approximately ten minutes or until cooked through.
