Ingredients
- ½ white onion (or ½ cup)
- 2 tbsp. pressed garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cups quinoa
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Prepare quinoa according to packaging instructions.
- Sautee the onion and garlic with olive oil, salt and butter.
- Mix in with the quinoa, toss with cilantro and serve.
