Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp.sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ¾ cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Combine peanuts, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce with coconut milk in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Mix in the green onions (leaving a tsp. or so aside for garnish).
- Pour in to serving dish.
- Enjoy hot, cold or room temperature.
Notes
If you are planning on heating the dipping sauce, heat in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir constantly. Bring to a desirable temp. and transfer to serving dish.
