Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. feta crumbles
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 4 red onion slices, garnish
  • 4 slices tomato, garnish
  • lettuce or spinach, garnish
  • ¾ cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 4 pita
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, feta, and minced onion.
  2. Now, using your hands, combine the eggy mixture with the ground lamb and bread crumbs.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan.
  4. Divide the lamb mixture into 4 burgers.
  5. Cook each burger to your desired temperature.
  6. Stuff in a toasted pita with lettuce, tzatziki, onion and tomato.
  7. Enjoy!
