  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, with liquids
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • ½ tsp. dried basil leaves
  1. Brown the meat in a large skillet.
  2. Drain the fat/liquids.
  3. Toss in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Cover for approx.15-20 minutes.
