I've tried this with several types of brewski! My husband can't really tell the difference between a Coors light and Stella Artois beer boiled shrimp, so use what you have.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp, cleaned and washed
- 1 (12 oz.) beer
- ⅓ cup Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp. cumin
Instructions
- Pour the beer in a medium sized pot and bring to a light boil.
- Add the shrimps and stir int he seasonings.
- Strain and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or just a cocktail sauce.
