Buffalo Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jack cheese
- ¼ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Mix the cheese with the frank sauce until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Grab a baking sheet and place all of the tortillas on top. Side by side.
- Sprinkle equal portions of the cheese mix on top of the tortillas.
- Fold in half.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until slightly crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with a blue cheese dressing dipping sauce.
- Cut the quesadillas into triangles or strips.
