My aunt Helen brought a salad like this to a family party and I’ve been trying to duplicate it for years! So good!

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of dry ramen noodles (no spice packet necessary)
  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ¾ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • Asian salad dressing of your choice (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Chop the cabbage very thin!
  2. Chop the green onion and break the ramen inside of its wrapper.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for about a half an hour.
  5. Serve!
