Here's a light and refreshing salad that works well as a side dish or a quick and easy lunch option!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bacon, microwaved
- 1½ cups chopped English cucumber
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- ½ tsp. dill
- ¼ tsp. garlic salt
- dash of poppy seeds
Instructions
- Chop up the bacon into tiny bits.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and top with the chopped bacon.
