Here’s a super simple alfredo sauce recipe! Great for white pizza too!
Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 cup milk
- 6 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup Parmasan or Romano Cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
- Add the pressed garlic and stir constantly over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the cream cheese and stir until smooth and melted.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring well.
- Once the sauce has formed and sauce is nice and creamy, sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
- Bring to a light boil.
- Remove from heat and sauce will thicken upon standing or serve immediately for a thinner sauce.
Notes
Garnish with a bit of fresh or dried parsley, optional!
Saw your tweet, had every ingredient on hand. Made the sauce, and used it to make a pizza like you suggested. Just the right amount for a big pizza! I added some fresh parsley on top with mozzarella and prosciutto bits.
