Here’s a super simple alfredo sauce recipe! Great for white pizza too!

Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmasan or Romano Cheese, shredded
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
  2. Add the pressed garlic and stir constantly over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Toss in the cream cheese and stir until smooth and melted.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring well.
  5. Once the sauce has formed and sauce is nice and creamy, sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
  6. Bring to a light boil.
  7. Remove from heat and sauce will thicken upon standing or serve immediately for a thinner sauce.
Garnish with a bit of fresh or dried parsley, optional!

    Saw your tweet, had every ingredient on hand. Made the sauce, and used it to make a pizza like you suggested. Just the right amount for a big pizza! I added some fresh parsley on top with mozzarella and prosciutto bits.
