Falafel wrap with creamy garlicky cucumber sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 oz falafel mix (1/2 of the dry ingredients)
- ⅝ cup water (1/2 of the water)
- ½ chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp. dill
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or shredded
- salt to taste
- 6 oz. plain greek yogurt
- 2 large wraps/tortillas, warmed
- lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the falafel according to packaging instructions. This recipe uses half of the ingredients to make 2 large wraps. Feel free to double it up!
- While you wait for the falafel mix to set, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, and salt in a bowl. Mix the sauce, cover and store in the fridge.
- Bake or fry the falafel.
- Warm the wrap, spread the yogurt sauce over each wrap.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and falafel on top.
- Roll up the wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
There will be extra yogurt sauce, so add a little extra on the side for dipping.
